The Basics of Injection Molding Machines
For some reason machines for injection molding are not as popular as they were before. Nowadays, an injection molding machine has three modes of operation - manual, semi automatic and automatic. The manual mode allows the operator to control each individual machine function. This mode is used when they turn on the machine, when they shut it down or in that particular case when certain adjustments are made to the main mode. The manual mode that we mentioned above is also used when purging materials. Most injection molding machines are equipped with an auto purge function. There basics function of the mold can be accessed by the main buttons on the control panel, which the operator has easy access to. The second option can also be activated in the manual mode but there is no reason to do this as long as there is the automation one!
