Honeymooning on the coast of Maine. Our wedding is coming up in a few months and that will be wonderful, but the honeymoon afterwards should be incredible. I have booked my new bride and me into a well known local Maine lodging property along the beautiful ocean coastline near Rockport Maine. While you might find the place a bit desolate in the winter, in the summer it comes alive. It is a small little oceanfront motel called the Ledges By The Bay. The sights and smells and sounds are amazing. It’s great to know that we can have a wonderful, romantic honeymoon without having to fly somewhere exotic. Having our early morning coffee watching the sun rise from our own private balcony will be so special. So will the times we spend wandering the shorefront looking for sand dollars. I can hardly wait.
